1. What are your rates?
30 minute session $75
60 minute session $140

2. Do you take insurance?
Yes, I am currently in network with BCBS, Optum/UHC, Cigna, and Aetna.

3. Do you accept private pay clients?
Yes, and I will provide a superbill for reimbursement purposes if needed.

4. Cancellations and Missed Appointments?
If you need to cancel an appointment, I require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Any late cancellations will be charged a 50$ fee, and is the direct responsibility of the individual.

5. Who do you work with?
I work with adults, 18 + for individual counseling. Please see my 'About Me' page for more details.

6. Do you offer in person sessions, phone or video sessions?
Starting April 1, 2023, I will be offering limited in person options. If you are interested in in-person, please send an email or call with availability. I offer Telehealth sessions via video through a HIPAA compliant platform called Simple Practice. Telehealth allows for easier access, flexibility, and quality care, all from the comfort of your own home!

7. What is your availability?
I am currently on a wait list for new clients. If you would like to inquire about availability, please call or email. I offer early morning and evening sessions, to accommodate work/school schedules.
The initial session is typically scheduled within the first week to ensure speedy access to care, when you need it.
I can be reached via phone or email during the week, and will return phone calls and email within 24 to 48 business hours. If I do not return your call within 48 hours, I am full and not accepting new clients. Email is the fastest line of communication as I check email periodically throughout the day.
